Where Faith Meets Healing

For more than twenty years, Hasina has devoted herself to the gentle art of Hijama — guiding hundreds of women through relief from migraines, fatigue, chronic pain, and the everyday weight the body carries. Her hands have become known for their steadiness, and her sessions for their stillness.

Trained in the classical art of Sunnah cupping, she practises exactly what the Prophet ﷺ prescribed — with sterile, single-use equipment, modest privacy, and an unhurried care that treats every client as an amanah.

The Process

What a Session Looks Like

Hijama is simple, safe, and deeply restful. Here is how it works, how to prepare, and what to expect once you leave.

01

How It Works

Warm cups create a gentle suction on the skin to draw circulation to the surface. Tiny, superficial scratches then release a small amount of stagnant blood — clearing what the body no longer needs and inviting fresh flow.

02

Preparing for Your Session

Hydrate well the day before and come lightly fasted — two to three hours without a heavy meal is ideal. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, rest the night before, and arrive with a calm, intentional heart.

03

What to Expect After

Light, circular marks are normal and fade within a few days. Rest, keep the area clean and warm, drink plenty of water, and avoid strenuous activity. Most women leave feeling lighter, calmer, and noticeably renewed.

Why Hijama

More Than a Treatment —
an Act of Sunnah

Chosen by the Prophet ﷺ and proven by time, Hijama tends to both body and soul.

Chosen by the Prophet ﷺ

A practice he himself sought and recommended — followed by generations and proven by time as among the finest of remedies.

Purify the Body

Release what stagnates, ease tension and pain, and invite fresh circulation — a gentle reset that helps the body return to balance.

Strengthen the Spirit

More than physical relief — to seek Hijama is to follow the Sunnah with intention, drawing the heart closer in trust and gratitude.
